We would like to assure clients that although our doors remain closed, we are very much ‘Open for Business’.

We will continue to hold telephone and video appointments with clients wherever possible.  However we understand that some people do need a face to face meeting to discuss their matter and in such circumstances, please arrange an appointment to attend the office.

We ask that all clients attending the office wear a face mask, in line with the latest Government guidance.  Furthermore we stress that clients must phone to rearrange their appointment if they have any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, persistent cough and loss of smell and/or taste).

We encourage all paperwork to still be sent electronically if possible.  If you do bring anything to the office in person, please leave it in the letterbox which will be monitored throughout the day.  If you need to see someone about your paperwork, this can be done on an appointment only basis.

We are working to an appointment only system predominantly for the safety of our staff, their families and our clients.  Furthermore, many of our staff continue to work from home and will only be present for appointments so adhering to this system will ensure the right member of staff is available to see you.
